sugal999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. After this period, sugal999 may charge a monthly inactivity fee of ₱50 against the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable fees and subject to the resolution of any pending investigations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided that all KYC requirements have been satisfied.
